Do you love Ayurveda and Ayurvedic cuisine? Then the Ayurveda Food Festival in Birstein is the right place for you! Come to eat and enjoy - together we will celebrate Ayurvedic cuisine at its finest and experience creative delicacies designed and prepared by chefs from Rosenberg.

Join us! Experience and taste the highlights of Ayurvedic cuisine with culinary delights and live cooking at the food stands of our Ayurvedic chefs. Immerse yourself in the Ayurveda community around healthy eating, indulgence and dietetics with exciting talks, workshops and cooking shows.

Celebrate with us with music and Ayurveda cocktails for every Dosha type.


By the way: the ticket price already includes three tokens per day. So you can get started right away with your Ayurveda food tasting at our Ayurveda food stands. The tokens are the food festival currency that you can use to pay for your Ayurvedic treats and drinks. Additional tokens are available throughout the Ayurveda Food Festival in our AyurCafé and store (payable in cash or by card).
